UALR Law Library, Little Rock
April 9, 2004
Susan Goldner (UALR Law) opened the meeting at 10:05 a.m. There were 49 people in attendance. After introductions and announcements, Susan thanked Donna Rose (UALR) for making all of the food arrangements, then thanked Innovative Interfaces and UALR's Ottenheimer Library for being joint sponsors of the donuts and lunch. Susan asked that anyone interested in serving on the Planning Committee contact her. Jennifer Chilcoat (CALS) who was a member has had a change in duties and will no longer be able to serve. Susan thanked Jennifer for her enthusiasm in helping to get the organization started.
The next meeting will be hosted by Henderson State University on June 11, 2004. Susan asked for topic suggestions, and received two: electronic course reserves (Peggy Morrison) and system security (Jessie Koeppe).
Three programs were presented by Innovative Interfaces Inc. staff:
Nathan James - Millennium Silver;
Katja Moos - New Products: E-Commerce, Self Registration, AirPAC, Wireless Workstation, Electronic Resource Management, Metadata Builder and XML Harvester;
Nathan James - Millennium Create Lists and Millennium Statistics.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:45.
